First of all, pay range completely relies on one’s knowledge and experience in the said field. According to me, I would like to get paid in the middle range of pay if a new job was started by me. The reason for this is that if a person starts a new job from the top range of pay, then there won’t be room for expansion and growth. There can be lack of motivation. It can have a negative effect on the thinking of the employee and can be increasing his/her pride.
